The short version: pay at checkout, we deliver, and you have 14 days to change your mind. The details are below.

About us

These terms apply when you buy from Toraflare at toraflare.com. We're a fashion label based at 43 Clayton Drive, Ty Harlech, Swansea SA4 8AD, United Kingdom.

Contact us at info@toraflare.com or on +44 7886 751380.

These terms are for customers buying for their own use, not for resale or business use.

Your order

When you check out, you're asked to pay for your order. Our contract with you starts when your payment is taken and you receive your receipt by email.

If we can't fulfil something you've ordered, for example because it has just sold out, we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund you in full for that item.

Prices and payment

Our prices are in pounds sterling (£). Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only; you pay in pounds at checkout.

The total you pay, including delivery, is shown before you confirm payment. Orders delivered outside the UK may have import duties and taxes to pay on arrival, which are not included.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

If we've made an obvious mistake in a price, we'll contact you before sending your order. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are on our Delivery & Returns page. Unless we agree a different date with you, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order.

Items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you or to someone you've named to receive them.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it arrives. Tell us, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We refund you within 14 days of getting the items back, or of you sending proof of postage if that's sooner.

Pieces made to your own measurements or design, or personalised for you, can't be cancelled for a change of mind.

The full details, including a cancellation form you can copy, are on our Delivery & Returns page.

If something is wrong

We're required by law to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that doesn't work, a refund. These are your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms affects them.

Handmade pieces and natural fibres can vary slightly in colour, print placement and texture, and colours can look different on different screens. This is part of their character and isn't a fault. Please follow the care label.

Custom and made-to-measure pieces

We agree the details, price and timing of custom pieces with you by email before we start. Because they're made for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind, but your rights if a piece is faulty or not as agreed still apply.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights as a consumer.

Your information

We only use your details to deal with your order and your questions. Our privacy notice explains how.

Complaints and the law

If you're unhappy with anything, please email info@toraflare.com first. We'll reply as soon as we can and do our best to put things right.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown here when you placed it. Last updated 26 September 2026.
