Return policies

Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Eligibility

Your item must retain its original state of delivery I.e. it must not be washed, altered or carry any form of smell and must be packed and returned in its original package with tags. Photos and video evidence will be required.

Returning item must be received back to the given address within 14 days of the delivery and a refund will be issued after inspection and product condition is confirmed

Shipping policy

You’ll be responsible for your shipping fees in any case and are not refundable. Shipping/delivery period depends on the customer’s location.
